Community Guidelines

Useful people. Clear expectations.

These guidelines apply to Buyers and Someones. Good matching depends on honest information, respectful communication and reliable commitments.

Be accurate

Describe jobs, capabilities, credentials, availability, materials, access and limitations honestly. Do not invent qualifications or hide important scope.

Respect people

No harassment, threats, coercion, targeted abuse or discriminatory misuse of the platform. Respect personal boundaries and the purpose of the agreed job.

Respect the commitment

Before acceptance, either side can pass. After acceptance, communicate changes early. Do not deliberately no-show or repeatedly disappear from confirmed commitments.

Keep scope honest

Do not pressure someone into extra work that was not agreed. Material additions belong in a recorded scope change that affected participants can confirm.

Use messaging safely

Do not spam, harass, solicit unrelated activity, misuse files or pressure people to expose private contact information. Use Report, Block or Safety issue when needed.

Questions before commitment must stay relevant to deciding whether the job is a fit. Do not use that channel to demand an exact address, private phone number, unrelated personal information or off-platform contact.

Do not bypass controls

Do not use wording tricks, fake credentials or off-platform pressure to evade safety, eligibility or service rules.

Fair process matters.

Normal reliability problems should use proportionate steps such as concern, warning, restricted matching, temporary pause or review. Serious decisions should record the reason, relevant evidence, a response path, appeal and audit history where appropriate.

Trust in practice

Do not game the network.

Do not create fake credentials, manipulate reviews, use multiple accounts to evade restrictions, pressure another user to share account secrets, or use deceptive payment requests. Do not retaliate against someone because their private outcome differs from yours. Direct invitations and repeat jobs still need to follow eligibility and safety rules.
