Use Someone is designed for younger and older users, people with different levels of digital confidence, keyboard users and people who prefer reduced motion or larger text.
Our target
Our technical accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not present the site as independently certified. We test responsive layouts, keyboard navigation, focus behaviour, readable touch targets, reduced motion and zoom as the product evolves.
If something gets in the way
If a control is difficult to use, text becomes unreadable when zoomed, a form is confusing, or assistive technology does not work as expected, tell us what happened and which page you were using.
Plain language matters too
Accessibility is not only technical. Use Someone aims to keep actions obvious, avoid unnecessary jargon, explain why important information is requested and keep complex legal or matching logic behind a simple interface.
